Oh, snap. Josh Brolin joins new all-star cast Knives out Mystery movie.
Rian Johnson plays the role of Furious Wake Up Dead Man: A Knife Out Mystery, As in other installments, Daniel Craig takes the lead.
The Netflix feature heads into production in early June in the UK and already has a substantial list of suspects (and perhaps a murdered person or two). Plot details and character information are being kept under wraps, but the thriller is expected to follow the same deliciously elliptical path as Johnson’s previous. Knives out Mysteries. Eccentric, Southern-style detective Benoit Blanc (Craig) uncovers the details behind a murder while surrounded by a colorful cast of characters.
Johnson wrote and directed the screenplay. He produces with his partner Ram Bergman under their T-Street banner.
Brolin has become a familiar face in the franchise world in recent years, perhaps best known for playing the finger-snapping Marvel villain Thanos — a multibillion-dollar grosser — in the last two.
