Zach Bryant Arrested in Oklahoma, Apologizes on Social Media

Country singer Zach Bryan was arrested Thursday night in Oklahoma CNN affiliate KJRH And the singer’s post on social media.

KJRH reported that Bryan was “arrested Thursday night in Winita for obstructing justice,” and he “bonded out of the Craig County Jail about an hour and a half after being booked.”

It is not clear what constitutes an obstruction of justice violation in this case. Oklahoma law states that a person “intentionally delays or obstructs any public officer or attempts to discharge any duty of his office.”

CNN has contacted the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Craig County Sheriff’s Office for information.

Brian Apologized and posted on his verified social media account on Thursday night.

“Today I had an incident with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Emotions got the best of me and I was out of bounds in the things I said. I support law enforcement as much as anyone, and I’m frustrated at this point, it’s not like me, and I apologize,” the singer said.

The seaman’s career took off in 2017 after his singing videos went viral on social media.
